# How to read and review AGENTS.md files on a Mac

`AGENTS.md` files are ordinary Markdown instructions. Use Quick Look for a short check and Downright for headings, code, lists, links, and external-change review.

Keep the file open while an agent updates it so new commands, scope boundaries, and destructive-action rules remain visible.
